About Me

Works with Individuals, Youth and Young Adults

Ben is an MDiv (Cand.) intern therapist and Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a background in non-profit leadership. He offers client-centred care that honours each person’s unique lived experience, helping clients move through life’s challenges with clarity, compassion, and practical support. His warm and supportive presence helps clients feel understood and empowered.

Ben has a particular passion for OCD advocacy and counts it a privilege to walk alongside clients navigating intrusive thoughts, compulsions, and the shame that often follows. When requested, he thoughtfully integrates a client’s faith journey into therapy in a way that is respectful and collaborative.

Outside of therapy, Ben enjoys ice hockey, travel photography, building LEGO with his kids, and watching The Lord of the Rings with his wife.
