Shan is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a Master of Divinity in Clinical Counselling and a heart for supporting individuals through growth and healing. She believes that healing happens in relationship, bringing warmth, curiosity, and genuine care into every session.
Shan completed her clinical internship at Yonge Street Mission, where she worked with individuals navigating complex trauma and mental health challenges. That experience grounded her as a clinician, deepening her commitment to showing up with steadiness and compassion.
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready for something to change, Shan would be honoured to walk alongside you.
Outside of session, she can be found at the pottery wheel, in the kitchen, out on a run, or somewhere quiet with a good book and great coffee. She believes in rest, creativity, and the small things that make life feel full.
