About Me

Armin brings empathy, humility, and a non-judgmental presence to every therapeutic relationship. Grounded in a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach, she creates a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard and understood. Working collaboratively, meeting you with warmth and acceptance, and tailoring therapy to your unique needs and circumstances, she offers a compassionate, grounded space for healing and personal growth.

With lived experience in both Eastern and Western cultures, Armin understands the complexities of immigration, cultural identity, and being part of a biracial family. This perspective allows her to support clients navigating cross-cultural challenges and identity-related concerns.

Outside of her work, Armin enjoys designing interior spaces, exploring holistic health practices, traveling, and spending meaningful time with her family.
