About Me
• Works with Individuals, Children, Youth, & Young Adults.
You might find yourself constantly putting others first, struggling to set boundaries, or feeling guilty for wanting something different for yourself. If you grew up in an immigrant or collectivistic family, you may have learned early on to take on certain roles, such as being the responsible one, the peacemaker, or the high-achiever. These early roles can continue to influence how you experience yourself today and show up in your relationships.
I work with children, youth, and adults who are navigating relational and family dynamics, identity, and patterns such as people-pleasing and boundary challenges. I bring a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental presence and support clients in reflecting on their experiences, relationships, and different parts of themselves. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment-based work, Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy in a collaborative, insight-oriented way, using strategies to support reflection, understanding, and growth. Together, we can explore patterns, relationships, and the roles you may find yourself in while making space for reflection and understanding at your own pace.
I previously worked as a Research Coordinator at Toronto General Hospital. That experience continues to shape how I approach therapy, with curiosity, care, and evidence-informed strategies that support each person’s story.
