Group psychotherapy or group therapy is a form of psychotherapy in which one or more therapists treat a small group of clients together as a group. Group therapy shows strong efficacy for certain conditions and everyday life challenges and can be more cost-effective for clients in the long-term.

Therapy Sessions
Sessions are typically held once a week for 2 hours for $100/session+HST for anywhere between 8-12 sessions.
