Jaclyn has a background in mental health support, including nearly three years of volunteering at Humber River Hospital on the mental health unit, where she facilitated activities and built meaningful connections with diverse groups of patients. She brings a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental approach to her work, while also being genuine and appropriately direct when needed. Jaclyn strives to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. She is able to sit with individuals in their most difficult moments while also helping them find small moments of hope and meaning. Clients may choose Jaclyn for her empathy, authenticity, and commitment to collaborative, client-centered care. Outside of her work, she enjoys playing soccer, spending time with loved ones, traveling, reading, and baking.
