About Me
Katherine Tang is an Intern Therapist and Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology Candidate. She also holds a Master of Industrial Relationships and Human Resources from the University of Toronto and brings 8 years of experience in leadership development, human resources, and partner enablement, supporting professionals across North America and global teams. Her professional and multicultural background provides her with a strong understanding of workplace stress, burnout, career transitions, identity development, and the challenges that can arise when navigating different cultural expectations and life experiences.
Katherine’s approach is warm, collaborative, culturally responsive, and grounded in genuine curiosity. She strives to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and confidence. As a CASI Level 2 Snowboard Instructor, she values resilience, personal growth, and lifelong learning. Katherine is passionate about helping individuals strengthen self-awareness, develop effective coping strategies, and create meaningful change aligned with their values and goals.
