About Me

Works with Individuals, Couples, and Families.

Speaks English and Tagalog.

While taking this step to seek therapy is a wonderful way to start your healing journey, I understand that reaching out for help is not always easy and I want to honour that in our work together. Life’s challenges can catch us off guard and oftentimes leaves a lasting impact on our wellbeing. My approach is rooted in a trauma-informed, person centered, and holistic perspective to help you overcome life’s unpredictability and cultivate a confident sense of self. It is my goal is to create a safe space for healing and recovery in an accessible way that is tailored to your unique and specific needs.

I believe in the power of self-compassion and honouring the unique parts that make up your life story. As an Asian Canadian raised in the Middle East, I also understand the complexities of multicultural experiences. I carry my natural empathy, creativity, and curiosity into every session.

I draw from my years of experience in supporting teens and young adults through various life stages and mental health challenges. I integrate attachment based theories, psychodynamic perspectives, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) in my practice.
