About Me

Works with Individuals, Youth, Couples, & Families.

Life can be challenging—whether it’s adjusting to a new environment, managing relationship or marital issues, coping with daily struggles, or dealing with loss. Each stage of life brings its own complexities, which can leave us feeling stuck and alone.

Nadege offers a warm, client-centered therapeutic space grounded in empathy, respect, and cultural sensitivity. She values each person’s unique journey and provides a safe, non-judgmental environment to support growth and healing.

With over eight years of experience in customer service and coordination roles, as well as volunteering as a mentor, Nadege understands the impact a single interaction can have on someone. She brings this awareness into the therapy room, ensuring you feel heard, seen, and valued as you explore how your experiences shape your well-being.
