Nicola Griffith is a therapist-in-training whose therapeutic approach is influenced by a lifelong mindfulness and meditation practice, and a deep respect for native wisdom around the world. As a person who has lived the immigrant experience, and has grown up a member of multiple cultures, Nicola is passionate about creating an inclusive, warm, culturally responsive space, where clients can feel heard, valued, and empowered.
As a parent, Nicola brings over two decades of experience with neurodivergent individuals, families, and communities. Nicola has worked with organizations and school boards, gaining a deep understanding of the daily challenges and struggles for many children on the spectrum and their families.
Nicola is committed to supporting clients in their journey toward healing, growth, and self-understanding, and is guided by empathy, curiosity, and authenticity. In her spare time, she enjoys oil painting, design, cooking and growing vegetables.
