About Me

Works with Individuals and Adults

Depression, Anxiety, Stress, Mental Health Concern and Relational Issues

Nicole is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and intern therapist who works with individuals, adults, and adolescents experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, and major life transitions. She utilizes a Person-Centered approach, while also integrating Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Existential Therapy, and Solution-Focused techniques within a holistic Biopsychosocial framework. Her practice is grounded in a strengths-based, trauma-informed, and culturally competent perspective with attention to somatic experiences. Nicole’s therapeutic style is direct yet compassionate, fostering a safe, non judgemental, and authentic environment for meaningful change, while also making room for comedic relief. Drawing from both professional training and personal life experience, she is dedicated to meeting clients where they are and personalizing their treatment, helping them to cultivate deep self-awareness, and empowering them to steer their own path toward emotional well-being through supportive, genuine, and empathetic care.

In her free time, Nicole enjoys cooking, spending time with friends and family, and watching her favorite shows.
