We facilitate training for staff, teach workshops to groups, administer forums for groups, and run support groups for individuals with a wide array of challenges and experiences.
We offer a 2 day Mental Health First Aid course through the Mental Health Commission of Canada (MHCC) including topics on mood, anxiety, substance use, psychotic disorders and by using case studies and personal experiences, to determine how to help someone in need. We offer lectures to large or small groups of people at university campuses, churches, or community centres. Topics may include Family Dynamics, Counselling Skills, Addictions, Trauma, Abuse, Sexual Violence, Sex Trafficking, and more.
