His practice follows a client-centered, strengths-based approach to help you feel empowered and learn skills and strategies to achieve a more fulfilling life. He draws upon his 12 years of working with people with trauma and educator within the mental health and addictions field to provide evidence-based treatments tailored to meet your needs. Ji Hee has a unique sense of warmth and empathy and believes in the healing power of genuinely caring relationships. She prioritizes providing a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to comfortably express themselves and feel heard.

Ji Hee’s immigrant life and more than 10 years of international experience doing youth work and working with people of different ages and cultural backgrounds have helped her to recognize the value of celebrating people’s uniqueness in sensitive ways and journeying with them through their lows and highs, in silence, with tears and laughter. While addressing presenting concerns, Ji Hee seeks to identify and acknowledge clients’ strengths and interests. She takes a client-centred, trauma and culturally-informed approach to help her clients foster a deeper sense of self-worth, self-awareness, and life’s direction. She specializes in working with children (age 6+), adolescents, and their parents with a range of presenting concerns. Ji Hee loves walking in nature, playing the piano, and dancing to music. Hyunbin has a passion for listening to others and loves to build a relationship with them. He cares about walking with the clients through their journey with a caring heart.

Hyunbin was born in South Korea and moved to Canada when he was 13, which gives him a strength
in understanding different cultures. His mission work experience in Haiti for 1.5 years also adds to his
understanding and knowledge to work with the clients from different cultures as well. By actively
listening to the clients with a passionate heart, he wants to not only find the source of the clients’ issues
but also find the way to walk with them on their journey. He specializes in working with youth and
young adults as he has working experiences with them for past 10 years. He loves reading, listening to

Myriam is a growth-orientated person who likes to learn. She is caring and her listening ears are open to provide support to clients with their needs to journey through life challenges.

Myriam’s cultural background sits between two major ones (Haitian and Canadian) which brings strength in her counselling skills. Born and raised in Canada she knows how to thrive between two cultures. This ability taught her to be sensitive to other cultures and to be non-judgmental towards different point of view. She can work with clients on a range of issues such as Relationship Issues, Couple Issues, Family Conflict, Marital and Premarital Issues. James is drawn to situations to create a safe, warm and compassionate space. He is caring and his ability to join the walk of life with clients where they are at gives an opportunity to allow for new insight & direction in the life of the client.

James, a lifelong learner has worked in the field of Occupational Health and Safety for the last 25 years. He understands the importance of exploring issues and situation’s that may come up in daily life, as well as traumatic issues that may occur suddenly. His natural, supportive, and caring demeanour makes it easy for him to join with a client while walking down the path to self-discovery, while finding humour and joy in unexpected places. His empathetic listening and client centred, non-judgemental approach allows for synergistic solutions of empowerment and freedom.
