About Me

Trisha has been an advocate for mental health from a young age, leading her to pursue a career that encourages self-discovery to achieve and maintain mental wellness. In her final year at the University of Toronto, where she completed a double major in psychology and professional writing communication, she wrote and published a creative nonfiction novel with themes of depression and anxiety. Her years of experience working with people have helped her gain the skills necessary to help empower and support you.

As a first-generation immigrant from the Philippines, she understands that cultural identity plays an important role in understanding your journey. She emphasizes an integrative, person-centered approach while providing a non-judgmental, empathic, and trusting environment in her sessions.

In her spare time, Trisha enjoys reading, crocheting, watching movies, and spending time with her dog.
